I'm at a participating location, what do I do?
Show your PintLife Passport to the bartender or server, they’ll let you know what’s available. After that they’ll stamp or sign their page and hand you a perfectly poured pint. They’ll charge you a penny for that cold one, you’ll smile because of the unbelievable deal you just got, and thank them generously with a nice tip. That’s just the kind of person you are. Generous. Smart. Hip. It’s why you got a PintLife Passport, after all!
Can I get any beer on the menu?
Certain beers may be excluded, but each bar will have a great selection to choose from. Just be sure to show the bartender or server your PintLife Passport and they’ll let you know.
How long do I have to use my PintLife Passport?
PintLife Passports run for the entire calendar year, beginning January 1 and valid until December 31. We often begin selling next year’s book around the holiday season so you’ll have to wait until the new year to use it. But they sell out quick!

How long will it take to get my PintLife Passport?
It depends on where you are, but generally it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I return my PintLife Passport?
We always aim for make sure our customers love their PintLife Passports, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Of course, some restrictions apply.
